After successfully organising the third conference of this series, the International Association for Educators and Researchers (IAER), registered CIC (Community Interest Company) in England and Wales, is happy to arrange the fourth International Conference on Computing, Networking, Telecommunications & Engineering Sciences Applications 2024 (CoNTESA '24), which will be held from 12-13 December, 2024, at University Metropolitan Tirana (UMT), Albania.

CoNTESA '24 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Greece Section's Computer Society Chapter and Signal Processing Society (SPS) Chapter (Conference Record 64738). Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. |

The conference will draw together researchers and developers from academia and industry. There will be a range of events from keynote addresses, technical and poster sessions, workshops and tutorials. The formal sessions will be supplemented by an excellent social programme. |
